The original track stutters and skips through a beat in ways that are certainly rhythmic and certainly form a loop, but which are kind of unsteady and drifting. Lukid just grabs a small chunk and loops the hell out of it, making the whole thing feel much more insinstent and a couple of notches more tense. Nice move.
