I guess the title hints that this is not going to be at all disco, nor Nigerian-sounding for that matter.  I grabbed it from The Internet Archive, where it was uploaded by an Australian label, but you could also try the guy's Bandcamp...

Some muffled guitar and piano lifts up distant spoken-word ruminations on the changing nature of music. A retro drum machine and plinky synths make for a pretty, beguiling wee instrumental. Where the hell did 4 minutes go?

Not sure where the name comes from, but Lagos Disco Machine seems to have been an alias for someone called Gary Morris who is from South Africa and lives in Brooklyn USA ... and there's nothing on this release that's remotely disco.  He's put his entire discography on Bandcamp, I think.
